We collect what we need to print and ship your mat, and nothing else. Here is the whole of it, in plain language.
What we collect
Your name, email address, and shipping address — to fulfil and deliver your order. The personalization text you enter — to print it. That’s the list.
Who we share it with, and why
Orders — including your name, shipping address, and personalization text — are transmitted to our production partner, PrintKK, solely so they can manufacture and ship your mat. They receive nothing else and use it for nothing else.
Payment is processed by Shopify. We never see or store your card details. Shipping carriers receive the delivery address and nothing more.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not hand it to data brokers or advertising networks.
Your rights
Email mxmcgeorge@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and we’ll do it. We keep order records only as long as tax law requires.
California residents: under the CCPA you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why (it’s all listed above), the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any right, email us; we’ll verify your request by confirming the email tied to your order and respond within 45 days.
