Shipping policy

Every mat is made after you order it, and standard shipping is included in the price. We ship to US addresses only for now.

Times

Production takes about a day. Mats then ship from our printing partner overseas by SF Express. Most orders arrive 12 to 20 days after you order.

US customs is the variable. Parcels usually clear in a day, but a package pulled for inspection can sit for a week or more, and tracking goes quiet while it does. If your mat is a gift with a date attached, allow up to four weeks.

You will get a tracking number by email the day your mat ships.

Gifts

Enter the recipient's address at checkout to ship straight to them. Add a gift note on the product page and we will print it on a card in the box; tick the gift option and the packing slip goes out without prices.

If a package goes missing

If tracking stalls and the package is confirmed lost, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will remake it or refund it. See the refund policy.
