Shipping policy

Every mat is printed after you order it, and standard US shipping is included in the price. We ship to US addresses only.

Production and delivery

Our production partner overseas usually prints a mat in about four days. Most US orders arrive 12 to 20 days after you order. Customs can add time, so allow up to four weeks when ordering for a gift with a fixed date.

You will receive tracking by email when your mat ships. Tracking may pause while a parcel clears US customs.

Personalized and custom mats

Personalized mats can take up to four weeks. For a design-your-own mat, we email a digital proof within three days and include up to three revision rounds. Production begins only after you approve the proof, so approval adds time before printing and shipping.

Gifts

Enter the recipient's US address at checkout to ship directly to them. You can add a gift note on the product page and request a packing slip without prices.

Lost packages

If tracking stalls and the carrier confirms that a package is lost, email mxmcgeorge@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will remake the mat or refund the order under our refund policy.
