Orders and personalization

All prices are in US dollars. Personalized mats are printed exactly as you typed the names — the product page echoes your entries and asks you to check spelling before ordering. The refund policy covers what happens when something goes wrong on our end.

By submitting personalization text, you confirm you have the right to use it — no text that infringes someone else’s trademark, copyright, or other rights. We may decline to print text that is offensive or infringing; if we do, we’ll tell you and refund the order in full.

The designs

The Four Winds mat designs are our original artwork, drawn from classical Chinese decorative motifs. Buying a mat buys you the mat, not reproduction rights to the artwork.

The legal part

If something goes wrong that the refund policy doesn’t fix, our total liability is capped at what you paid for your order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and doesn’t let us take away.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts — we don’t require arbitration.
