Terms of Service

Four Winds sells custom-printed American mahjong mats. Every mat is made to order and shipped within the United States only.

Orders. When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Because mats are printed to order, we begin production shortly after purchase. Personalized mats are printed exactly as the names are entered at checkout, so please double-check spelling before you order.

Pricing and payment. All prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at the time of purchase.

Production and shipping. Mats typically ship within a few business days of your order, and you'll get tracking by email once they're on the way. Delivery times vary by carrier and location.

Returns and guarantee. We stand behind every mat with a 30-day guarantee. If your mat arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Because personalized mats are made just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind, but we'll always make it right if something is wrong on our end. See our Refund Policy for details.

Designs. Our mat designs and artwork are owned by Four Winds and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
