Shipping
Every mat is made after you order it, and shipping is included in the price. Most orders arrive 12 to 20 days after you order — if it’s a gift with a date attached, allow up to four weeks and order well ahead.
Times
We ship to US addresses only for now. Production takes a few days, and then your mat travels from our printing partner overseas by SF Express, tracked the whole way.
US customs is the variable. Parcels usually clear in a day, but a package pulled for inspection can sit for a week or more, and tracking goes quiet while it does. That is the difference between a mat arriving in twelve days and one arriving in four weeks.
You’ll get a tracking number by email on every order the day it ships.
Gifts
Enter the recipient’s address at checkout to ship straight to them. Add a gift note on the product page and we’ll print it on a card in the box; tick the gift option and the packing slip goes out without prices.
If a package goes missing
If tracking stalls and the package is confirmed lost, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll remake it or refund it — see the refund policy.
