Every mat is made after you order it, and shipping is included in the price. Plan for about 3 to 5 weeks after ordering. If it’s a gift with a date attached, order well ahead.

We ship to US addresses only for now. Each mat is made to order, then travels from our printing partner overseas with tracking.
Production, transit and US customs can vary. The 3 to 5 week window is a planning estimate, not a delivery guarantee.
You’ll get a tracking number by email on every order the day it ships.

Enter the recipient’s US address at checkout to ship straight to them.
If a package goes missing
If tracking stalls and the package is confirmed lost, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll remake it or refund it — see the refund policy.
